MS Taveuni - ex Argentinian Reefer

Hello,

here is an model - picture of the Taveuni ex. Argentinian Reefer. This ship was buildt in 1940/ 45 and in 1968 it was sold to the Union Steam Ship Co. of New Zealand. The ship was broken up in 1973 as Wan Lee in Kaoshiung. The model is the popular scale of 1:1250. The producer www.risawoleska.de also build some other fine modells of older freighters.(Thumb) Perhaps someone has a picture of this ship. It would be very nice if you would share.(==D)

Hello Gery,

thank you very much for your picture. I´m also looking for colourpictures of the Taveuni but I think it´s nearly impossible --- now it´s nearly 40 years ago that the vessel sailed.:(
