ICE BOX on the Deck

I remember an ice box which was out on the deck and situated just beside the R/Os cabin.

I think it was on the "Makalla" (the 1st one)

This was a huge chest filled with blocks of ice .....and BEER!

There used to be a huge repository for beers in the 3rd Engineers cabin on "Mangla", "Makrana", "Maipura". It was called Phil Roe. Burra salaams!!
