HM Tug ROVER c1916

I am looking for information on the HM Tug ROVER,
she was afloat and in service in 1916 in Falmouth ...
was she a requisitioned tug or a Royal Navy vessel....
Any other details would be very helpful, please.
I am also looking for a photograph, if at all possible.
