Its a fraud. It is an old horizontal anchor Admiralty Ensign which the RFA stopped using in 1969, so it certainly has no connection with the Falklands.
Result! The description is being amended

lancastrian, Have You seen Shaun Jone's new ensign. Cardigan Bay was flying it on her departure from Portland. It's the Jack with a Devon flag as the Fly. White cross on a green background. I just wonder if all the RFA captains will start to get their own trademark Ensigns now.
