Just found out you can take a photo from a public web cam and upload is this a copyright problem as if so can you remove.

The web can is open to the public so I feel it is OK.

An interesting question Paul.

You might argue that making it available publicly makes it free for all but I don't think it is as simple as that. However it seems unlikely that anyone is likely to object. Mind you some sites offering web-cams would not really be suitable for SN though could well prove popular with certain members (nudge, nudge, say no more!) ;)
