I sailed with Rab Traill when he was Chief on the Bengloe. He came from Stonehaven. I am sure that he passed away some time ago.

He was Chief on the Benvorlich in 1967/68. John Main was Master, an interesting combination, best observed from a distance.

I believe John Fraser is correct in saying that he passed away some years ago.
