Sailors are taking advantage of a stricken ship by illegally cleaning engines where it sunk, a wildlife service says.

Think they forgot about all the other oils on the ship. Like lube oil, hydraulic oil etc not to mention grease and other maintenance chemicals and cleaners.

(Cloud) They have to be careful if the dish washing liquid leaks out it is against the law to put Joy on the oil slick.
