VTS Southampton has just released the list of expected cruise ship visits the
next 12 months 307 mainly Carnival as you would expect, 2 newbies Ventura and Indepence of the seas home porting.

All good stuff most in one day appears 4 but new terminal being built opposite the old Ocean Terminal.

Carnival Group have entered into an agreement with ABP that its P&O Cruises, Princess and Cunard brands will continue to use Southampton for the next 20 years, in return for ABP spending £19 million on a new Eastern Docks terminal. Work will start immediately on this, the fourth Southampton cruise terminal, which will be situated on Berths 46 and 47. It is expected to enter service in 2009 and will be able to handle 3,000 passengers per vessel.
