What a find that was my friend !! Excellent.
I am thinking back to my great grandfather, although he never saw the Lusitania, he most certainly saw Olympic, Titanic & Mauretania etc. He's been gone for since 1984, born in 1893 he told me of most of the old liners on Southampton water. I think he was a Bunkerer, or something like that name. Lot's of stories heard!!

glad you enjoyed it. Lusitania close to Cobh people. monument here to those lost in her and large grave in the old cemetary here.

Thank you John, I have a book of Lusitania with that monument in it, very fitting memorial. I recall another book with very good detail of the event, The Liners by Terry Coleman.
