A Royal Navy aircraft carrier on its way to a diplomatic mission in the Indian Ocean is unable to leave port for a second time.

Greetings,
Poor old "Lust", she seems to have a history of such embarrassing episodes. On Global 86 (aka Globule 86), a 1986 World Wide deployment, she only got as far as the Nab Tower before a gearbox blew up and she had to return to port for substantial repairs.
