Built 1957 at Split 2564tns as a Yugoslavian coastal liner carrying 171 passengers between Venice-Dubrovnik-Piraeus. She was sold in 1975 to a restraunter in Toronto and whilst being delivered, recieved a speeding citation in The St Lawrence Seaway. Two sisters being JUGOSLAVIA & JEDINTSVO built in 1956.
Maybe not everyones idea of preservation, but at least its got to be better than the breakers yard.

I agree Tell....but I allways think that someone might think the same, and put her back where she belongs.....whereas once under the cutting torch......lost and gone forever.
