Lost wreck of SS Traffic.

Hello chaps.

I wonder if anyone would know how to begin locating the wreck of the SS Traffic (sister ship to Nomadic and 3rd class tender to the Olympic class liners)

She was apparently scuttled by the allies as they retreated from Cherbourg, refloated by the Germans and used as a mine laying vessel, then subsequently sunk by the british in the english channel.

Has anyone any information on this or know where i might begin investigating these events or start a search for the wreck?

Thanks for any help.

- Merv.

Thanks for the reply Mark. Sorry my own response is so long in coming but things have been rather hectic of late.

P.S. i enjoyed you treatment of the central propellor issue on E.T.
You never cease to surprise us, keep up the good work (as if you require encouraging!).

Kindest regards - Merv.

No worries, Merv. I know you have been busy with your own projects and look forward to seeing the results.
Thanks for your kind comments about my research article. I appreciate your extremely generous words of encouragement. One of the wonders of the internet is how much information can be published, and so quickly.
Best wishes,
Mark.
