Photo taken 1977 or 78 in Manchester (sorry about the bike). Anyone know the name of the vessel and why there are two fire engines in attendance?

Bob, well done it has worked. - As for Mr Dennis and his big brother with 100' escape, they do seem a little docile, so maybe they were just offering to supply fresh water (Jester)
