Saw a brief snippet on French TV news last night.
Equador Star registered in Monrovia, Liberia and what appears to be a reefer was being held in Brest last night after leaving a 23 mile oil discharge along the French coast.

the captain has been ordered to hand over 4000 000 euros to bail the ship
the oil is heading for guernsey
