Hi All
My dad was called John Shanley and sailed with Blue Star from mid sixties to mid seventies. In 74 he joined Denholms and sailed on the Lake eyre. Unfortunately he died on his first trip for Denholms which was to New Zealand and was buried in Auckland he was 33.
It would be great to hear from anyone who may have sailed with him or knew him. Also i am trying to find a picture of the Lake eyre it would be great if anybody has one.
