In the news item it says 'This 22,000-tonne ship is the Navy's high-readiness aircraft carrier. Like the drinks advert said: "Any time, any place, anywhere." '.

Is this the same ship that had to return to Pompey twice for repairs when it initially sailed for the Gulf earlier this year? To claim 'High-readiness' at 'any time' would seem to be stretching things a little.
