Hya all
My uncle served as Commodore in Shell in the mid 1970's the link to the posting is here (http://www.shipsnostalgia.com/showthread.php?t=2367)
I am very interested and would be very grateful if anybody who served under him could give me some stories or even tiny snippets and post them there?
regards

Father Paddy, A warm welcome to you. Thank you for joining the community; I have taken the liberty, as it was your first posting on joining SN ,to copy the relevant part to this "Say Hello" thread, where you can get some proper recognition and it's not lost in the mists of time. - I am sure someone will be able to step up and assist, in the meantime enjoy the site and all it has to offer, and we very much look forward to your postings in due course. Bon Voyage

Welcome aboard, Paddy.
Plenty of Shell men among the crew who may be able to help.
Find your way around the ship, join in and enjoy the voyage.

From Michigan, a warm welcome to Ships Nostalgia, Paddy.
It's good to have you onboard and I think you'll enjoy our site.
Shell and the 70's should bring some responses from our members.
