Hello.

I came across this website whilst searching for information about my father's wartime service. His name was Ralph William Anderson and he served on Otranto (built 1926), Athelregent (built 1930), Eildon (built 1936), Dolabella (built 1939), Camroux II (built ?), Edenwood (built 1943) and Scottish Co-operator (built ?). All of this covered the period August 1943 until January 1947.

Unfortunately, Ralph died quite young - in April 1971, aged just under 50 years. Does anyone have any recollection of him?

Welcome aboard from East Yorkshire, James.
I'm sure if someone among the crew remembers your father they will get in touch.
Meanwhile find your way around the ship and enjoy the voyage.

Hello James,
Welcome aboard! Picking out one of your father's ships: DOLABELLA official number 167358. Our member Stan Mayes served aboard during D-Day. I am sure he will help if he can.

Welcome from Lancashire UK.

You never know your luck as far as your question goes but it was a long time ago. Good luck with your research anyway.
