Hi Everyone, I have joined this forum as I have just started working at The Fishing Heritage Museum as a Crew Member. I felt it would be good to try to find out a bit more about the fishing industry in Grimsby in the 50s, I must say it is a very interesting subject, some of the tour guides on The Ross Tiger are ex fishermen and have some interesting stories to tell about life on board. It sounds a very hard life to me ... In fact it sounds worse than prison, but some of them say they would go back tomorrow if they got the chance.(==D)
