Greetings Graham and welcome to SN. Bon voyage.
Collingwood,(Portsmouth)Drake (at Devonport) & Victory are shore establishments.
Your Vernun, there was a Vernon at Portsmouth.
There was a Sutton which was a minesweeper

Greetings Graham
Dauntless and Devonshire were both cruisers.
Carisbrook Castle was an anti-submarine Frigate (originally called Corvettes).
I am sure Vernon at Portsmouth is correct as R58484956 says but there was also an old V&W Class destroyer called Verdun.
I believe HMS Orlando was a Gunnery Shore Base at Greenock.
