Hello folks

I am interested in shipping photography mainly on my local patch which covers Troon to Hunterston covering the north channel of the Firth of Clyde. I also share data 24hr to a few AIS websites my ID is ck. I used to mainly Digiscope all my images but recently changed to a bridge camera with 18x (504mm) zoom which is working out very well.

My images are all posted to my blog http://firthofclyde.info

regards, Robert

Wellcome from Perth Australia. Looking forward to your photos, as I used to live in West Kilbride for several years before leaving for Australia. We used to go to the Harbour Bar in Troon as well !!

Also welcome from me Robert.

Bye the bye , when we arrived Prestwick at the end of last month , there was
a large tanker anchored under the flightpath to the North West. When we
left 4 days later , she was still there , far out in the firth. Any idea who she
was ?.
