Thanks for the welcome. How long are you here? We have only been in Aberlour for a year so the Cabbage Ball is a new one(?HUH) I will ask though and get back to you

Hello Jim. A very warm welcome aboard, enjoy your trip on S.N. You will find one of the finest bodies of men around here. Always ready for a chat at smokoe or over a cold one in The Pig. See you there.

Ill be going back to Canada a week tomorrow . The Cabbage was an annual event in Aberlour . It was early 70s when I was last at the ball . |We closed the Craigellachie hotel and all went along for the fun ! Jimmy Shand Junior was the band and after the Ball was over all went back to Craigellachie ( taking the band with us )and partied until dawn . Oh Happy Days !
Derek

|PS Yes I did manage to get up and go fishing next day .
