The Spanish company IberoCruceros, go receive another new ship in its fleet, assigned by Carnival Cruise Line which is in joint venture of 75% of IberoCruceros. The vessel vai called the "GRAND HOLIDAY" (Former Carnival Holiday), and to enter service as early as next spring of 2009 for the Spanish market, with strong growth. The Grand Holiday 1844 can carry passengers in double occupancy, has 13 decks, is 223 meters long and 28 meters wide and has 46,052 tonnes. Built in 1985 in the shipyards Vaerft the Danes Aalborg Aalborg, is likely to be completely restored in the interior and exterior in shipyards in Genoa, as happened this year to the Grand Celebration, which had its passage, this year on April 30, the Wood yards from the path of Genoa on a scale surprise to Funchal. With this acquisition the IberoCruceros rises to four units formed from the name Grand, which are: Grand Celebration, Grand Holiday, Grand Voyager and Grand Mistral, a strong Spanish market which continues to grow from year to year.
