I`m looking for the book telling about the career of Frank Twiss who was my Captain on the cruiser HMS CEYLON on her final commission in the RN in 1958/60, he was promoted an Admiral shorly after and went back to the Far East as C in C ,later he was Black Rod, the guy who bangs on Parliament doors with his stick, anyone know what the name of the author and the title of the book?
