One of the many emails received during the search for "Glenfalloch" was a request for the colour composition of Blue Funnel's pink boot topping.
I was able to get the exact colour from a ship modeller who advertises regularly in "Shipping Today in Yesterday," along with some photos of his excellent workmanship. See thumbnail.
Model is Helenus 64" long, price at the time, £3000 including case and UK delivery.
A bit out of range of this pensioner's pocket but maybe interest someone.
