Can anyone tell me what cap badge did BP adopt after the change over 1967/68. The ships adopted the red funnel/white square and shield and the house flag became a BP shield, surley the cap badge didn't have the shield on it?

This BP Navigating Apprentice had this photo taken in 1964. What is that cap badge?
Incidentally he was a Queen's Scout, not sure if that is a Deep Sea Scout.

Queen's Scout was about the highest you could go before becoming a Leader. NOT a DSS as any branch of Scouting could be awarded the QS.

The DSS insignia was a shoulder patch with those words on a blue background and a silver wording the same in a horse shoe configuration that was added to the cap badge - with permission.

Unfortunately my scanner is kaput to attach a pic.
