Hi I wonder if anyone can help.My Grandfather Robert Sutherland and his Brother Harry P were both on the lifeboats but i do not know when maybe the 1920's or 30's.Does anyone know if Leith had a Lifeboat station,if so it may have been,Leith they worked out of.I have an old photo of them both on the RNLI float,again i do not have a year but if somebody could stage by stage help me from scan to getting the image on your site i would be more than happy to do it,David

Evening David, ref; your query about Lifeboats, there was no Lifeboat in Leith or Granton, pre 1939 the nearest station would have been Dunbar or on the Fife coast at Anstruther; I noted your request for information about the Margaret Paton and suggest you try...http://www.grantontrawlers.com/
