The Liberian authorities have released a report into the sinking of the MS Explorer on 23 November 2007 in the Antartic.

it sure made interesting reading - It was a lucky escape for all concerned - let us hope that it has made all those concerned with passenger vessels operating in these waters are fit for purpose.
