DFDS has bought Norfolkline in a deal whereby Norfolkline's existing owner AP Møller Mærsk will now have a 31% stake in DFDS. The take over is subject to EU and Governmental approval, as it will create a combined fleet of 75 ships engaged on 32 routes.
