From Sellafield to Japan via Barrow

The BBC reports the first shipment of nuclear waste about to leave Barrow, being returned to its origin in Japan. Downgrades us in the UK from nuclear dustbin to merely middle man in the decomissioning process:

How I wish that comment was true. Plymouth, the home of 200,000+ people, is currently storing at least 3 nuclear reactors, and the Ministry of defence is considering using Devonport Dockyard in Plymouth as a scrapyard of up to 14 nuclear reactors contained in decommissioned submarines!(MAD)
