Does anyone remember a Chief Engineer, Frank Cook. He was an Aussie and married girl from the UK they also owed the Rosco Head in Rosco Street Liverpool.
Also a mansion up the lake district where he was a bookie
They were both great to sail with and I spent some time up in the lake district with them in between ships.
I have fond memories of my Bank Line days and think it was my happiest days at sea and I spent 44 years at sea.
