A union says it believes a planned strike involving 50 port authority pilots is lawful despite facing a court challenge.

Seems that the, "free", Pension, (premiums paid by employer), is in a bit of a hole. The Pilots are probably still in the MNOPF, but it'll be tight for the crews. They can still sort it out by talking, I don't see why they've gone public, as the result has been the loss of 50k in port dues for just one vessel!
