I have in the past found a photo of the Edward P. Bouverie, on which I have made some research (I am trying to cover its whole life, starting from the end). If you do not find it on the sites other members have given to you, I will be very happy to send it to you.
I am interested in that particular ship as it was wrecked in 1881 on the coast of West Normandy, where my family comes from. If you have any links to more information, do not hesitate.
There is a worthy book called "Fast Sailing ships" which gives a lot of data on the ships built in Glasgow and Aberdeen.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a website or source where I might find images, either photographic, painting or line drawing, of the following Shaw Savill sailing ships ?
I have searched the "Sailing Ship" & "Maritime Art" Galleries without success.
Thanks in advance.

This thread was originally in Sailing ships. I thought it may well receive additional responses within the Shaw savill forum so I have moved it.

Have you ever seen Duncan Haws Merchant Fleets 10 - Shaw Savill and Albion Published 1987? It has some scale profile drawings of a few of the vessels you mention.

I assume that you have been in touch with David Savill. In his 1986 publication , Sail to New Zealand he was already retired and living in Sussex so he may have crossed the bar. He may have family records of early ships
