Hi dont know if i am on the right forum? i served on S.S.Laomedon.(1) she was requisitioned by the R.N.in 39 as H.M.S.Laomedon,boom carrier, I and five mates joined her as A,A.gunners,served far east,she was torpedoed in the bow, towed to Colombo for repair, so meny memories of ship mates M.N. and R.N., thers no mention of her war service in any books of the blue funnel line, i have in bord pics of her. any (OLD)ship mates that served on her? thank you, Rusty,

I,m doing a family tree and recently found out that two of my uncles were on the ship at the same time, Bob and Jimmy Frackleton in 1956. There is a photo somewhere and when I find it I,ll post it. It is of them in the football team.
