I am researching the wreck of SS Fairfax built 1865 and lost 1881. Can anyone help with the flag and funnel colours that this ship would have steamed/sailed under please? The General Iron Screwship Collier Company appears to have been an informal Company which was later absorbed into Palmers (based at Jarrow).
