Another WWII teaser

On the 22 June 1942 the Argentine vessel "Rio Tercero" (4864grt/1912) was sunk off the US coast by the U202 which claimed they couldn't identify her nationality. This was one of two U-boats that landed four Abwer trained agents on the US eastern seaboard.

Going back to the "Rio Tecero" she had been purchased in 1941 and was formally the British vessel "Fortunstella".

Can anybody identify her British ownership.

Hi:
I believe she was built by Palmers in 1912 as Elder Dempster's 'Eboe' (3).
Fratelli Rizzuto, Naples, bought her in 1938 and renamed her 'Fortunstella'.
Interned at Necochea in 1940 and renamed 'Rio Tercero' under the Argentinian flag the following year.

The Fortunstella/Eboe had a sister also built in 1912 the Maristella/Ebani.
Can someone give us some information on her history after her sale to Italy in 1938?
