I visited Hamburg Maritime Museum yesterday. It was very impressive and well worth a visit. One disappointment though on deck 9 ' The Big World of Little Ships' which has hundreds of very small models of ships of all types and companies there is a section labelled 'important shipping companies' which has models of ships in the colours of the various shipping companies. The British section of this has almost every company that you can think of from the big passenger companies through Blue Funnel and Glen Line down to companies like Everards and Curry Line but though I looked very carefully there was no mention of Ben Line. Has anyone visited this museum and seen anything of Ben Line?

I visited the Museum in July 2009,and I was kindly escorted by
SN member Bootsmann..impressive is an understatement.
I saw many models of ships representing most British companies
but do not remember if I saw one of Ben Line or not..
Much of the museum is seen in Bootsmann's gallery in this great site..
