Gidday Ray, I sailed on maiden Voyage of MV Tri Ellis and have a few colour photo's taken on board. Still looking for one at anchor of Aden (yemen) also have 3 hours of 8mm movie taken when being built and the maiden voyage
My Father George was a superintendant Eng with British Phosphate I was 14 at the time. We sailed the maiden voyage from Southhampton to Casablanca for 1st load of phosphate then through Suez to Yemen, Freemantle and Corio to unload at Geelong.
