Russian Carrier Group In Med

Passed close by the Admiral Kuznetsov early this morning along with five other Russian ships. It was dark so I could only ID the ship that called me up, the frigate Yaroslav Mudryy and the AIS was on for the SAR vessel Nikolay Chiker. It was imprerssive even at 4 am passing within 4 miles of the Russian carrier, pity it wasn't daylight, a few photo's would have been nice.

Well I hope someone was enjoying their new years eve somewhere in the Medi, I certainly wouldn't begrudge them a good lash of vodka (Pint)
