Maid Line

Does anyone know of the existance of this Line which is believed to have operated ferries between Liverpool and Ireland in the 1950's. The only thing I can find regarding a Maid Line is the hire of motor boats on the River Thames, so any help greatly appreciated. (Read)

Hi Peter, The only Maid line I heard of in Liverpool. Captain Lionel Monk did cruises on Leeds-Liverpool canal. 1956,using hire boats.
