I am looking for information on the final story of the 1956 built Almerian/City of Leeds and Lancastrian/City of Leicester.
Both were sold in 1969 To Cypriots and respectively renamed Theokletus and Theokrates.

Any clues?

"Almerian" was sold on to Marcorooma Cia Naviera of Panama in 1974 and left Singapore on May 05 of that year to be broken up in China.
"Lancastrian" was renamed in 1974 the "Khorfaken" by the Sharjah Sea transport Co , Sharjah UAE. Then on 02.Feb 1975 she was driven ashore in a gale at Sharjah and became a total loss,

Ahoy Aristo,
Nice from you to reply on this, but still no answers on the asked questions?
It seems to me as normal, when someone is asked something, you don't have to be ashamed, by answering these,..... or?
Interests, the whereabouts, final fates and asking details of many vessels?
Are you really going to write/publish that book?(*))

Well, I agree rudd but I already answered some of your questions on the link I provided, at the "Wild Gannet" thread.
As for my interests in ships, I would say that they are quite broad, I am researching almost anything that floats at one time or another :-)
