Maturata crew 1956

On my second trip I was sole deck apprentice on the Maturata (although there was an acting 4th Mate) and climbed a hill in Vizag to photograph the ship with my trusty box camera. She was a relatively new and very happy ship and I have a fairly detailed list of the crew. I would love to know what happened to them and wonder how many of you remember them. Unfortunately I don't have all their initials - perhaps second trippers weren't privy to such details:

Tom Norris was Mate / chief officer on Maihar (with the blue band) in 1970, yrs truly was 3rd mate (in 1970).

Was the W brown j 4th from Geordie land ( Cullcoutts if I remember well ) Nickname at Riversdale was " Hovis " ????

I remember doing the same thing on "Makrana" with another apprentice.
A snake appeared in front of us up the hill and we came down a bloody sight quicker than we went up!!!
