There was a Norwegian company called Ambra Shipmanagement A/S. They operated tankers in the aframax-suezmax-VLCC range during the 1980s, but collapsed in 1992 when the freight market bottomed out. Is that the company in question? As far as I know, there is/was no other Norwegian company called "Ambra" and not one connected to preserved vessels. Maybe you meant to post this question in another thread?

Most have their former vessels have since been scrapped, but two remain: The Al Mubarakah (ex Ambra Grey) and Myrina (ex Ambra Baleen). Both are employed as storage units. It might be worth you trying to find pics of them as they are now, if that's any use.
