The latest security patch is out for this. The problem has been caused by 'Java', not JavaScript.
I've turned them both off in my browser, Mozila-Firefox. Easy to do if you download their up to date version. Had a lot of chat about this on other forums and Java seems to be a big culprit on Microsoft PC's and Macs.
