Aye aye shipmates!

Hello all.
I have joined for 2 reasons.
1. I am about to purchase a RC tug
2. Family History
I come from a long line of Suffolk sailors with me breaking the mold. my Grandfather spent 39 years in the R.N. and managed 3 lots of prize funds and a mention in dispatches.
according to his discharge papers he got something in Heligoland bight action. not sure what because I can't decipher the 1st word.
being land locked in Leicestershire I make do with painting the sea.
