Mv Londoner (Coaster)

Hello, Joined the Mv Londoner in Hull about 1982. Went to Hamburg,
Back to the UK to Boston Licolnshire. Went ashore saw new film Chariots of Fire in the cinema there. Later went to Middle Dock, South Shields, Dry Dock. Left to be laid up in Sunderland. Worked as Assistant Steward and lived in Caerphilly, South Wales. Worked out of the Cardiff Pool , British Shipping Federation. Worked on a variety of Ships, Gravesend ,Sea School October 1974. At sea between 1974 and 1983.

Have lost my Discharge Book so cannot give precise dates joining and leaving.

You need only two tools, a hammer and duct tape.
If it doesn't move and it should, use the hammer.
If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

Welcome aboard from Sunderland, I was seven years with Oregon SS, made redundant when the Lutetian was sold and that left only the Londoner.
