What ever did happen to P&O Nedlloyd? was she bought out by maersk?

Yes, P&O Neddloyd were indeed bought out by Maersk. There is a thread covering the sale on either this site or the Shipspotting site. Many of the P&O ships were given Maersk names. Some ships still have the Nedlloyd logo on the side of the hull, but have a Maersk funnel.

Seems P&O have gone down hill as of the last 10 to 15 years it is a shame i really like P&O

P&O as such doesn't exist anymore. The cruise ships were sold out to Carnival (even though some still trade under the P&O Cruises name they are owned by Carnival). The Bulk ships went to Zodiac and the Ferries to Dubai Ports. The cargo ships went a long long time ago. P&O as a shipping company exist in name only.
