A fine looking ship I have an original water colour painting of her by a local artist J A Drinkwater ( Merseyside ) he does it proud as with my other picture of my old ship City of Calcutta they light up my hallway at home nice to remember ships that looked like ships, thanks for the memories

I was 3rd. Mate on the Dundee from Sept 71 to March 72. All I can remember now are Capt. MacGregor (?) from Dundee, 2/Mate Mike Main from Bearsden and faces of a few engineers who were from the Renfrew and Paisley area.

Yes it certainly was a nice looking ship, and it was a pleasure to sail on her.
This was 1969 to 1970 on the "MANZ" run !!
