Hi, to those that knew "Mike Muller" of Bolton Steamship, Bolton Martitime Managent, Nosira Shipping, Carnival Cruise Lines, Windstar, Holland America Lines, Merchant Navy, General Council of British Shipping, Baltic Exchange etc ... he passed away on the 2nd of June 2008
