Watussi - sunk 2 December 1939 off Cape Agulhas

Can anyone assist me with a more accurate description of the coordinates that the German merchant ship Watussi, of the German Woermann Line was sunk off the Cape Coast?

I'm trying to compile a history of the event. My father in law has a handwritten statement of the event by his father.

My father in law's dad was officer on the ship when they were intercepted by HMS Sussex. The German crew set her on fire and she was sunk by HMS Renown.

I have 74 miles, 167 degrees south of Cape Point, and also 50 Nautical miles South of Cape Agulhas, South Africa.

Any further information is welcome.

Hallo Roelof (echte Groningse naam).
This vessel was also lengthened in 1934 from 136 to 143 metres.
